This study examines the role of international organizations, particularly the United Nations, in promoting and advancing human rights on a global scale. Human rights, as a fundamental principle in the international legal system, are regarded as essential for achieving justice and equality for all individuals across global societies. International organizations play a vital role in improving human rights conditions by establishing global standards, monitoring the implementation of state obligations, and increasing transparency in human rights processes in various countries. The study analyzes the existing challenges in the path of human rights development, including political resistance from states, resource limitations, and structural constraints faced by international organizations. In this context, the research focuses on the impact of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and international monitoring bodies, examining existing enforcement and supervisory mechanisms related to human rights and offering strategies to enhance the performance of these organizations in combating human rights violations and promoting global justice. Moreover, detailed analyses are conducted regarding the impact of international policies and collaborative strategies among different countries in facilitating the development of human rights. This study particularly emphasizes the importance of coordination between international and national institutions in improving human rights conditions and aims to identify structural barriers and operational challenges in this regard. Ultimately, the research underscores the need for structural reforms in international organizations to more effectively strengthen and promote human rights globally.
